Oversee day-to-day performance and work of direct reports.Accountable for service delivery performance and meeting end-user expectations.Maintain high performance level for service-related processes and implement improvement activities.Monitor and manage desktop support, Helpdesk, and VMWare support functions.Also, as the Tier 3 Helpdesk technician, this role will manage issues to resolution while providing leadership to their direct reports. The successful candidate will be committed to proactively building relationships with end-users to understand user expectations. This would be a great role for a Helpdesk specialist or Junior Leader wanting to move into a Managerial role.Īcting as a subject matter expert in the VMWare Horizon Infrastructure, the Manager, Desktop & Application Delivery leads the Helpdesk team to ensure delivery of excellent service to meet the unique needs of Integris end-users. This role will work out of our Corporate Office in Prince George, BC or for the ideal candidate, we would consider a remote role within our operating region.
